Justus Sheffield goes five innings, and Justin Weeks and Taylor Hill are credited with an inning each to lead the unbeaten Cubs. Jordan Sheffield bashes a homer while Justus Sheffield adds two hits, and Tyler West rips a two-run triple. Jordan Anderson works five innings for the Cards, and Austin Clark finishes on the mound. Justin Reese contributes two hits, and Jesse Culpepper has a single and two RBI.

A’s 6 Devil Rays 4
Sam Tomes strikes out 14 and works five innings of no-hit ball for the A’s, then Trey Burks puts the finishing touches on the game. Burks was 3 for 3 at the plate, and Zach Norris was 2 for 3 with an RBI. Caleb Olive goes the distance for the Rays who get a two-run double from Ryan Lawson and a hit from Olive. The Rays made it interesting with four runs in the final inning.
