Lawrence County Tops Lady Wildcats in District Match

LAWRENCEBURG---The Lady Cats hung with one of the district's top teams on its home floor for the most part, but Lawrence County jumped to a double-digit lead midway through the second quarter, and it stayed from 12 to 17 points the rest of the way. Coach Mike Seals' Lady Cats have faced a murderer's row of a schedule in January with five of the last six games against some of the midstate's top teams---Lawrence County (twice), Shelbyville, Columbia and Smyrna.
