Rachel Scoggins Signs With Cumberland University

Tullahoma Lady Wildcat senior Rachel Scoggins signed a scholarship Thursday to continue her playing career at Cumberland University in Lebanon. Seated with her at the signing ceremony are her mother, Kay Scoggins, and Lady Wildcat head coach Richie Chadwick.
