District Champions

The Tullahoma Wildcat tennis team won the district championship Tuesday at the THS tennis courts. From left are, Patrick Mackay, Kentaro Takido, Iaan Oliveria, Chance Askins, Tyler Hatfield, Justin Groce and coach Sam Melton. Not pictured: Clay Altom and Rusty Sirbaugh. The Wildcats will take on Siegel in Murfreesboro for the regional championship May 14.

Doubles Champions

The Tullahoma Wildcats swept the doubles competition at last week'sdistrict tennis championships for individuals at Sewanee. The team of Justin Groce, standing at left, and Tyler Hatfield won the crown 7-5, 4-6, 6-4 over their teammates Iaan Oliveria, kneeling at left, and Kentaro Takido. They all move on to regional play.
